- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup oats

Directions
MAKES 24 BISCUITS
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Blend water, oil, egg and vanilla together. Add
peanut butter.
Whisk dry ingredients together; mix into wet mixture to form a ball
of dough. On a lightly floured surface, using a lightly
floured
rolling pin, roll dough to a rectangle 1/8-inch thick.
Cut biscuits with a cookie cutter, and transfer each biscuit to
an
ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 1/4-inch space between each. Bake 20
minutes or until just turning golden brown. Cool to
harden.
Store in airtight container.
