Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 1/4 cup non-fat dry powdered milk
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsps corn oil

Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together stock and oil. Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring until all ingredients
are mixed well. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead well. Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thick and cut into cookies with a bone-shaped cookie
cutter.*
Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn off the heat and allow the biscuits to harden in the oven for several hours. Cover and store biscuits
in the refrigerator. Makes 24-36 biscuits, depending on size of cookie cutter.
